I spent over 20 years building systems meant to heal—while watching the people inside them quietly break.
As an executive in biotech, I led global trials and operational cultures that delivered life-saving therapies. But behind the success metrics, I saw the truth: how we do business was hurting us. Burnout wasn’t just personal—it was systemic. Unhealed people were building unhealthy systems, in both work and life.
I knew we couldn’t keep going like that. I needed to find a better way—for myself and for future generations. I studied trauma, corporate vitality, and emotional safety. I applied what I learned to the cultures I led, working hard to build healthier teams from the inside out. In parallel, I walked my own path through therapy, coaching, and deep self-inquiry.
And still—something was missing.
Then one day, someone simply held space for me—to be fully myself and to share my story. No fixing. No judgment. Just presence.
I felt safe enough to meet the light inside me—and it changed everything. The truth is, most of us don’t have a place where we can become who we truly are—free from rules, expectations, or pressure.
But we need that. We all do.
I realized transformation isn’t just about tools or advice—it’s about energy, story, connection, and safety. And it has to happen at two levels: within us, and around us.
That’s why I created bSparks—not just a platform, but a transformation engine. A space where people rediscover their spark, lift others as they rise, and together shape cultures where light is not just welcomed—but amplified.
Because when one of us lights up, it sparks a path for all of us. And when we walk it together, the world gets brighter.

I’ve always been driven by one question: Why do people do what they do?
That curiosity led me to study psychology, work in criminal investigation, and eventually dedicate my life to building cultures that don’t just function—but evolve.
Early in my career, I saw how traditional systems often reinforce the past instead of opening space for what’s possible. So I started listening more closely—not just to what people say, but to what’s underneath: the stress points, the escape routes, the truths we hide even from ourselves.
At bSparks, I help build the emotional architecture that holds our vision. I lead with accountability, integrity, and care—because real growth only happens when people feel safe and challenged.
I’m here to ensure we never lose our humanity in the process of expansion. That we hold each other to higher standards, not just for performance—but for purpose.
This work isn’t easy. But it’s worth it. And we don’t do it alone.
